Oil Changers

to be honest with the reviews me and my friend had thought it was an okay place to take her car to get her oil changed. Our experience wasn’t all that great. it was our first time, they weren’t so nice and it could’ve been cause it’s a hot day and it’s in the 80’s but even then they could’ve been more patient or somewhat nicer. At first we were told they didn’t have the oil for her 2025 car and then i guess they did? They were rude giving her instructions on what to do or how to pull the car in. just overall not a good experience . They sounded like they didn’t even want to do it. Not coming again. No thanks

They put some high mileage treatment in and my engine has been acting up ever since. They also left the bottle of it in my engine!!! DO NOT GO HERE.

The service I received was top notch. The guys were all very nice and my oil change was very quick. They even checked and filled my tires which needed some air. I also drove out of there with a clean windshield. I highly recommend Oil Changers. Definitely received 5 star service.

Guys never come here. I was over charged. Additionally charged for “high mileage additive”. They then provided me an inaccurate coupon code that costs $22 more to use. About 2 weeks later got my car checked out with another company who showed me proof oil was changed incorrectly. Oil was coming out black. Not gold colored as it should be for full synthetic. Contacted Oil Changers management and was told there was nothing they were able to do. DON’T COME HERE.

UPDATE 08/25: Their regional manager Lathan rectified the situation by getting a new skid plate ordered and installed. Updating to 4* for the good customer service from Lathan! Had an absolutely horrible experience here today. The metallic skid plate/splash shield in my 2017 Honda Accord got damaged due to improper re-attachment by them after a transmission fluid change. It started scraping on the freeway road after I drove less than 5 miles from their shop. When I took it back, they removed the skid plate but I was shocked that they did NOT take responsibility for something that was obviously an issue caused by their improper re-installation.
